PhonePe Education Fees: how to pay school & college fees via PhonePe UPI App

Sameer Nigam (Founder and CEO) has introduced a digital payment app known as PhonePe in 2016 which is built on Unified Payments Interface (UPI) based API and also debit & credit card payment gateway. Now, It is available in eleven Indian regional languages such as Hindi, English, Gujari, Bangala, Telgu, Tamil, etc. Using it, user can pay utilities or recurring bills such as Mobile & DTH recharge, College & school fees, money transfer, Insurance, and more.

What is PhonePe Education Fees?

As we can define, PhonePe Education Fees is a built-in module which helps to parents/guardians to pay college & school fees or to educational institutional to collect fees in hassle-free-ways. Recently, Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) has allowed to banks, finance & Wallet Company, bill aggregators etc., to onboard educational institutes as a biller.

How to make fees payment via Phonepe?

• Open any “Phonepe App”
• Clicking on ‘Education Fees’ option
• Select “State” and “City”
• Click on “Continue”
• Look for institution name and select
• Enter student admission number/ roll number
• Verify outstanding amount and make payment
